With a minimalist negative detail lining the interior of Sunreef’s 70ft power catamaran, Moondance, Fastmount’s Standard Range found its match to create a seamless result.
Sunreef used Fastmount PC-VM1 and PC-F1A clips to create a perfectly aligned finish, whilst maintaining easy access to utilities behind the panels.
White vinyl upholstered panels clad the main and upper salons and cabins, providing the perfect backdrop to the elegant grey and teal furnishings. Discreetly hidden out of sight are utilities such as modems, navigation systems and circuit boards, yet within reach by simply unclipping a panel.
The interior’s precise negative detail is not affected by the replacement of the panel, as the panel can only ever go back into its original position, with exact alignment.
Other hidden features such as a stow-away TV are concealed behind fire-rated MDF panels, providing easy access to otherwise tight and difficult to reach corners.
The PC-VM1 was used for its high shear loading, meaning it could be used on both the upholstered panels and heavier fire-rated MDF. The PC-F1A provides the perfect partner for use on a standard substrate depth.
