About SLX-M18
The SLX-M18 is a male clip from Fastmount’s SLX Range, designed for the mounting of heavy interior wall and ceiling panels. It can be fixed to the back of the panel with screws or adhesive, depending on the panel material and project requirements.
The SLX-M18 provides a secure fixing point while keeping the finished surface free from visible screws or fixings. It delivers a 18kg (40lb) pull-out load, while the SLX system’s built-in adjustability and two-stage engagement help installers control panel alignment during installation. When used with compatible SLX female clips, it provides a 7mm (9/32″) gap between the panel and substrate.
The SLX-M18 works with compatible SLX female clips to create a concealed panel fixing system. It gives installers flexibility across different panel sizes, substrates, and project requirements.
