Digifabshop used Fastmount’s Very Low Profile range for a seating project, part of the current renovations at Boston Logan International Airport.
The project involved upholstered airport seating, with clips installed into plywood frames to support the assembly of the seating components. In a high-use public environment such as an airport, the fixing system needed to be reliable and practical for installation, but also removable for easy maintenance and replacement.
This project is a great demonstration of how Fastmount clips can be used for custom furniture, joinery and public-space seating applications.
