Merkel Woodwork used Fastmount’s SLX range for a ceiling project completed for KeyBank in the United States. The project required a concealed panel mounting solution that could support a clean architectural finish while allowing the ceiling panels to be installed securely and accurately.
For this application, Merkel Woodwork selected the SLX-F1.5R female clips and SLX-M18 male clips from the SLX range. The range is designed for applications where secure engagement, alignment control and removable access are important. On ceiling projects, this allows installers to achieve a refined finish while retaining the practical benefits of demountable panels for future access, maintenance or replacement.
The KeyBank project demonstrates how SLX can support commercial interior fit-outs where appearance, reliability and installation efficiency all matter. By using a concealed clip system, Merkel Woodwork was able to deliver a professional ceiling finish while keeping the panel mounting method discreet and serviceable.
