As part of the remodel at Alta’s Rustler Lodge in Utah, Fastmount’s SLX range was used to support the installation of interior panels within the project. Working alongside the millwork division of JLR Contractors, Cheney Brothers Construction adopted Fastmount’s system to help simplify installation and improve access during the fit-out. The ceiling of the top-level bar area, Eagle’s Nest Lounge, formed part of the project scope.
Hospitality remodels demand a clean interior finish while still allowing practical access and efficient installation. On a refurbishment project, speed, consistency and ease of handling all matter, especially when coordinating trades and maintaining design intent across interior spaces. This project required a mounting solution that could support a high-quality result while helping the contractor work more efficiently on site.
The adjustability feature of the SLX clips means achieving negative details, especially with geometric panels, is much more easily achieved.
